At The Meat & Wine Co, our menu is deeply rooted in African heritage, built on bold spices, rich marinades, and primal cooking techniques. Combined with fresh, local Australian produce, the result is something truly unique: full of depth, flavour, and warmth.

Steak is the centrepiece of our menu. Our AGED program showcases the remarkable process of dry aging. Matured in-house for up to 6 weeks, the result is a rich, nutty flavour and an unmatchable tenderness that melts in the mouth.
Our signature cuts are sourced from some of the best beef suppliers in Australia, with the likes of MONTE, O’Connor, and Mayura Station. Cooked over open flames and lathered in our signature basting, our steaks are the fuel of our restaurant.
